Digimate is a small, WA based digital outfit working with businesses across Australia. We do the website, marketing, AI and software work, and we tell you how it works while we do it.
Why we exist
The work should not be a black box.
Most small businesses have paid for digital work they could not see, could not question, and could not take with them when they left.
That is the problem we set out to fix. Not by promising more, but by being specific: what is being built, what it will cost, who is responsible for what, and when you get to look at it while your opinion still changes something.
Our services cover the connected digital work a small business often needs. They are deliberately connected. A website that nobody visits is a brochure. Marketing pointed at a page that loses people is money on fire. Software built around a workflow nobody mapped becomes another thing to work around. We would rather look at the whole picture and then do the one piece that matters most.

You see the work at stages where your feedback still changes the outcome, not at handover when it is too late.
You own everything
Accounts, domains, hosting and source files are in your name and documented from day one. Nothing is held hostage.
Honest about fit
If an existing tool already does the job, or the thing you asked for is not the thing you need, we say so before you spend.
Straight answers
Where we are up to.
Digimate is early. We would rather say that than invent a client list.
What that means for you in practice: you deal directly with the person doing the work, decisions happen quickly, and you are not being fitted into an account management process built for someone else. It also means we are careful about what we take on, because doing a small number of things properly is the only reputation worth having at this stage.
